What do Star Wars and the Dalai Lama have in common?
This is my new path to peace. It is obviously inspired by Marianne Williamson and the Dalai Lama.
Thank you for reading, smiling, and/or sharing.
How would you reclaim your humanity? Please share.
P.S. I am at a silent meditation retreat, but I look forward to responding to all your comments when I get back. {{{Hugs}}} kozo

Love it. So reclaiming…I have recently pushed myself a bit in continuing with my own healing..
I am dealing with still having some parts of myself that have been traumatized and still need attention – Not sure exactly but there is a compassion piece for sure. Attending to these parts and also transporting them out of where they are stuck.
Yay, Laurie, keep reclaiming. Glad you are paying attention to what needs healing. I would offer two suggestions–self-compassion and equanimity. {{{Hugs}}} kozo
Thanks 🙂

I have been working on healing with my mom. Doing art/collage together and combining them with my words.
I saw this when you posted on Google+ and on YouTube. This is my third time watching it. This is fantastic and a truth that needs to be shared and spread. This planet and its inhabitants are in such need of change, transformation and healing. You have said it: reclaiming humanity. A return to humaneness and what it means to be a human being, equipped with empathy, sympathy, compassion, peace, understanding. This leads to higher and higher levels of consciousness. Would that we all could be like the Dalai Lama? How would the world be then?
I have a vision that we all could be like the Dalai Lama, Jesus, or the Buddha if we just got out of our own ways. Glad this video resonated with you, Niko, but then again, I knew it would {{{hugs]}} Kozo
This is superb, my friend. Can you get it to run in times square on their huge screen or can we get this to play repeatedly at the white house? again…most superb!
Haha, M. Wouldn’t that be great if we could broadcast this in Times Square? Maybe some day. Call me a dreamer, but I’m not the only one–you are dreaming with me. {{{Hugs}}} Kozo
yup, reclaim our humanity! thanks for sharing. ♥
Thanks for watching, Sunshine. Just got back from retreat. I’ll be by for some SunPoetry soon. {{{hugs]}} Kozo
okay, this is a good example to start reading notification notes from oldest to newest. just ignore my question before all this – welcome home, Kozo!!! ☼hugs
So important since our thoughts about who we are so often determine who we are.
So true, Georgia. The truth is that we are all wonderful loving compassionate beings, but thinking gets in the way. {{{Hugs}}} Kozo
[…] has kicked off discussions on how we should/could re-claim humanity. I was honored to offer my simple solution: we need to look to ourselves and make sure we are doing […]
Awesome! Thanks for inspiring all of us and nurturing spirit. Be well!
